Anon London Bridge c1725. View of the Peter de Colechurch Bridge - London Bridge's west side, showing houses and traffic on bridge and boats on River Thames Water is gushing through foundation piers. In the centre the church dedicated to St Thomas a Becket. This Bridge was finally replaced in 1825 by the Bridge designed by Sir John Rennie (1794-1874).
